🚚 Processing & Handling Time

-All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

-You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

-If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

 

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available .

 

❌ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure fast and secure delivery:

-We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

-If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at DakotaNowhereStore@gmail.com and inform us so we can do our best to help.

-We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all package materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Dakota Nowhere ships to addresses within the U.S.including: 

-P.O. Boxes

-American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

- All U.S. Military bases

-Customs, duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

-We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

-International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
